This summer Change4Life and Disney have teamed up to inspire children to get active with the launch of the new, exciting 10 Minute Shake Up.

Families with children aged 5 to 11 years can team up with some of their favourite Disney characters and help the team win by keeping active. You can choose to team up with the characters from; Frozen, Toy Story, Monsters or Big Hero 6.

Shake Up sessions start at Lightwoods Park on Monday 20th July and run every weekday throughout the 6 week holiday from 9am till 10am, free to take part just come along.

Families who sign up will receive a fantastic free pack for each child (maximum 3 per household) that includes; a team wrist band with a timer, loads of 10 minute shake up activities to do and stickers to go on a big team poster to track the activities. Plus you can find new activities on line in the 10 minute Shake Up zone.
