OK, it is early morning here in Tipton, and the Abbey Ward result has just been declared. The number of votes cast for each candidate was: Lim (Green). 372 Piper (Labour). 2091 Stockall (Conservative). 420 Wadding (TUSC). 150 Turnout 35.39%
