For the last couple of years Warley Woods has come agonisingly close to being voted Britain’s favourite Green Flag park, two years ago finishing top park in England (the winning park was in Wales!)
Well, tomorrow, the voting starts for this year’s nominees, and let’s all try to see if we can crack it this year. We will be utilising all efforts through the social media to urge family, friends and anyone else in your address book to VOTE for Warley Woods.
Just a couple of weeks after the horrendous vandalism to the memorial benches, this is a positive way to show how much the community appreciate our lovely parkland.
